1.The personal data that you have provided when compiling the registration module for the formalisation of the request for information on products, services, marketing promotions and other, electronic correspondence and inscriptions to promotional and informative events (hereafter ‘Service’) will be retained using electronic and computerised procedures for the following ends:

• directly connected with and inherent to the provision of the Service and in compliance with the General Contract Conditions between yourself and the company Medal s.r.l.
• activity of marketing and commercial information relative to products and services of Medal s.r.l.
• research into the level of user satisfaction regarding the quality; of the products and/or services provided and on the activities performed by Medal s.r.l.

2.Your personal data can be retained for the uses specified in point 1 of this present document even via the following modes: tele-fax, telephone, even without operator, electronic post, SMS and other automatic or computerised means of communication.

3.In relation to the above-mentioned retention of personal data, you can exercise all rights outlined in art.13 of Law 675/1996. In particular, should you send to Medal S.r.l. a request for the cancellation of your personal data in accordance with art.13c, n. 2 of Law 675/1996, Medal S.r.l. will immediately cancel the data in question without further communication or advice and this will cause the immediate cessation of the Service.

4.The acquisition of personal data is optional. However, the absence, even partial, of the personal data requested for the compilation of the Registration for Access to the Service module for the purposes outlined in point 1 letter (i) of this document will make it impossible for Medal S.r.l. to provide the Service in question.
